I am a finishing PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of Toronto. My two fields of study at the University of Toronto are Canadian Politics and Comparative politics. My research interests include electoral behavior, political knowledge and electoral systems in Canada and elsewhere. My thesis dissertation researches how political knowledge affects the voting calculus in national elections.

In previous work, I have studied the impact of region of residence in Canadians’ political values. I have also co-authored studies on nationalist voting in Quebec, the impact of electoral systems in Ontario as well as the determinants of political participation in an experimental context. These co-authored publications can be found in the international journals Electoral Studies and Regional and Federal Studies.
